Meeting the requirements
The product certificate is used to prove that the certified product meets the requirements of the normative document (e.g. domestic or international standard) that applies to the product and is indicated on the certificate. The certificate can be referred to by its owner within the scope and period of validity of the certificate.
As an accredited organization, we issue product certificates for the following electrical equipment:
- Power transformers
- Cables, cable systems
- Equipment for live-line work
- Equipment used in nuclear power plant environment
Types of product certificates
Single product
This certificate concerns only to the product that was identified by manufacturer's documentation, tested, and submitted for certification.
Product type or family
This certificate concerns only to the type of products that are identical in construction and material with those identified by manufacturer's documentation, tested, and submitted for certification.
Fire protection compliance certificate
This certificate concerns only to the type of products that are identical in construction and material with those identified by manufacturer's documentation, tested, and submitted for certification.
Certificate of conformity of Equipment used in nuclear power plant environment
This certificate concerns only to the type of products that are identical in construction and material with those identified by manufacturer's documentation, tested, and submitted for certification.
Certification procedure:
- Please contact the staff of our Certification Office, who will provide detailed information on the certification procedure. By filling out the "Application for certification" form specify the products you wish to certify and the relevant normative document (standard). Application for certification
- Send product documentation and test reports of already performed tests. We can take into account reports issued by independent, accredited laboratories. The employees of our office provide detailed information and give assistance in determining the documents required for certification.
- Based on the evaluation of the documentation, if your product meets the requirements of the relevant standard, we will issue a product certificate and hand it over together with the report prepared during the evaluation. The evaluation report contains detailed information about the certified product and the certification process.
